Superior Township is a township located in Chippewa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 1,329.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 271.1 km2 (104.7 mi2). 267.2 km2 (103.2 mi2) of it is land and 3.9 km2 (1.5 mi2) of it is water. The total area is 1.42% water.
